Grasim Industries Limited, the primary entity of the Aditya Birla Group, announced the expansion of its project in the chemical sector. The project adds 1,23,000 tons to the epoxy resins and formulation capacity at Vilayat, Gujarat, effectively doubling the overall capacity of advanced materials to 2,46,000 tons annually. As reported by EUROPEAN COATINGS, the expansion signifies a pivotal moment for the advanced material business as it endeavours to carve a substantial presence in the global epoxy materials market through ambitious growth initiatives.
