India Glycols Limited updated regarding the augmentation of capacity for its grain based distillery and the expansion of facilities for new value-added chemical products in Kashipur, Uttarakhand. The ongoing second phase expansion of the grain based distillery, with a capacity of 100 KLPD, is progressing as planned and is anticipated to be operational by the second quarter of the fiscal year 2025.
As reported by EQUITY BULLS, the expansion of facilities for the new value-added chemical products has commenced production partially, with an initial capacity of approximately 5,000 MT/year, subject to product mix variations. The remaining facilities for the project are scheduled for commissioning by the second quarter of the fiscal year 2025.
