Thermax unveiled cutting-edge manufacturing facility in Pune, dedicated to water and wastewater treatment solutions. The milestone underscores Thermax’s commitment to resource conservation and future sustainability. Spanning across two acres, the facility epitomizes Thermax’s pursuit of excellence in engineering, fuelled by innovation, quality, and customer focus.
Thermax’s water and waste solutions segment has witnessed significant growth, encompassing not just Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), but also Effluent Recycling Systems (ERS) and Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) solutions.
As reported by Business Standard, the facility will introduce Thermax’s latest technologies, including softener and filter vessels, tubular membrane modules, and capacitive deionization solutions. With the potential to double its capacity, the plant will integrate advanced production techniques and automation to boost efficiency and minimize waste.
To ensure a robust supply chain, the plant will collaborate with nearly 1,000 vendors from Maharashtra and across India. Additionally, it will feature a remote monitoring system based on Thermax’s Edge Live digital solution, enhancing operational oversight and control.
