Gulshan Polyols Limited has received approval in the form of a Consent to Operate (CTO) from the Pollution Control Board, Assam, under Section 25 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, and Section 21 of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The consent pertains to the brands ethanol plant (grain based) unit located in Goalpara, Assam.
As reported by EQUITY BULLS, The Consent to Operate is valid until March 31, 2025, as per the terms specified in the consent order. The authorisation is contingent upon the company’s compliance with the stipulated terms and conditions for the establishment of the ethanol project with a capacity of 250 KLPD in Goalpara District, Assam.
