Klüber Lubrication is expanding its operations facility in Mysore, Karnataka, with the new expansion becoming fully operational at the start of 2027. The company recently announced an investment of ₹142 crore to enhance its presence in the Indian market.
Klüber India’s plant, which produces top-tier specialty lubricants, spans 17,000 square meters and includes a state-of-the-art production facility tailored to meet its specialized needs. The new investment will enable Klüber to secure new certifications, such as IATF for automotive clients and ISO 21469 for food-grade lubricants. Additionally, it will enhance their R&D infrastructure, speeding up the market introduction of new products.
These enhancements will allow Klüber to better serve its clients by strengthening operations, launching high-value product lines, and facilitating the smooth transfer of global products. The integration of a new production hall and world-class infrastructure aims to produce advanced specialty products locally.
As reported by Projects Today, the expansion in Mysore also highlights Klüber Lubrication’s dedication to sustainability. With solar panels installed on the roof, the plant will source more than half of its energy from renewable resources.
