The Allcargo Group appointed Ketan Kulkarni as Deputy Managing Director of Gati Express and Supply Chain Pvt Ltd (GESCPL), a subsidiary of Allcargo Gati Ltd.
Kulkarni, who previously held the role of chief growth officer at Allcargo Group, steps into this position with the goal of advancing the company’s express distribution and supply chain management sectors.
Kulkarni will work in close partnership with Pirojshaw (Phil) Sarkari, the current Managing Director and CEO of GESCPL. Sarkari is scheduled to retire on November 30, 2024, after which he will assume the role of non-executive director on the board of Allcargo Gati Ltd.
As reported by manufacturingtodayindia.com, bringing over three decades of experience in logistics, consumer durables, FMCG, and beverages, Kulkarni is poised to drive GESCPL’s next phase of growth. His focus will be on enhancing sales, operations, customer service, and digital initiatives.
