Safic-Alcan and Carbon Waters Announce Strategic Partnership for Advanced Anticorrosion Coatings

Safic-Alcan, distributor of specialty chemicals, announced a distribution partnership with Carbon Waters, an innovative French start-up specializing in advanced sustainable additives. The strategic alliance will provide high-performance graphene dispersions, Graph’Up Oxi, to customers in Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, and Ireland.

The addition of Graph’Up Oxi products to Safic-Alcan’s portfolio aligns with its commitment to providing eco-conscious solutions without compromising on performance. The graphene-based dispersions have been meticulously developed for both solvent and water-based anticorrosion paint formulations.

As per the press release, due to graphene’s superior properties, Graph’Up Oxi ensures exceptional protection against corrosion, delivering longer-lasting durability in the harshest environments. The products also offer robust mechanical strength, high electrical conductivity, and excellent barrier properties, making them ideal for a range of industrial applications where top-tier anticorrosion performance is required.
