DCM Shriram Ltd. commissioned a 300 TPD (tons per day) flexi-fuel flaker plant at its Jhagadia facility in Bharuch, Gujarat. This marks a significant step forward in the company’s drive to improve operational efficiency and sustainability.
The company has revealed that a second flaker unit of the same design and capacity is nearing completion and is expected to be operational by next quarter. The flexi-fuel capability of this
cutting-edge plant allows for greater flexibility in fuel use, ensuring higher levels of sustainability and efficiency. The increased flaker capacity will enable DCM Shriram’s chemicals division to expand its market reach, particularly through exports.
