The acquisition provides Dhanuka with exclusive rights to manufacture and sell iprovalicarb and triadimenol worldwide.
Additionally, the company will take ownership of the melody brand for iprovalicarb, including its sub-brands such as melody duo, melody compact, and melodika.
This marks a significant milestone in Dhanuka’s strategy to expand its global footprint.
Transition Plan for Seamless Service
As part of the agreement, Dhanuka and Bayer AG have outlined a detailed transition plan to ensure a smooth handover of services.
This will guarantee uninterrupted support for growers and customers worldwide during the changeover.
Moreover, Dhanuka plans to shift the manufacturing of at least one of these products to India, utilizing its advanced manufacturing unit at Dahej, Gujarat.
