Zavenir Daubert, a manufacturer of specialty chemicals for corrosion protection and metalworking fluids, has inaugurated its cutting-edge manufacturing facility in Binola, Haryana.
The ceremony was attended by dignitaries from Daubert, USA, and Nihon Parkerizing, Japan, along with key Indian executives of Zavenir Daubert.
A Strategic Investment in Innovation and Sustainability
With an investment of ₹100 crore, the facility underscores Zavenir Daubert’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and India’s industrial growth.
Notably, ten percent of the investment has been allocated to advanced software technologies, ensuring seamless integration of Industry 4.0 capabilities.
The plant has a production capacity of 1,200 kilolitres of chemicals per month, primarily serving the automotive, steel, and construction industries. Currently, the automotive sector accounts for 70-75% of the company’s business.
Expanding Market Reach and Operational Excellence
The facility is designed to meet the growing demand in the domestic market and selected overseas markets.
Spanning approximately two acres, it employs over 100 professionals and offers end-to-end production capabilities.
The facility is certified with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards.
Zavenir Daubert currently generates an annual revenue of ₹150 crores. With this new facility, the company aims for sevenfold growth, targeting ₹1,000 crores in revenue over the next five years.
