Welspun Corp Ltd. has secured new orders worth ₹2,400 crore to supply coated pipes for natural gas pipeline projects in the United States. The company announced that these projects will be largely executed during the financial years 2026 and 2027.
Order Book Surpasses ₹20,000 Crore
With the latest contract, Welspun’s consolidated order book has now exceeded ₹20,000 crore. This marks a significant milestone for the company as it continues to expand its footprint in the global pipeline industry.
Building on Previous Success
In February, Welspun secured ₹3,000 crore worth of orders for natural gas pipeline projects in the US. These included two major contracts for Helical Submerged Arc Welded (HSAW) Pipes and additional orders for High-Frequency Induction Welded (HFIW) Pipes. The company supplied coated pipes primarily for natural gas pipelines, further strengthening its position in the market.
