Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), in collaboration with the Indian Army, proudly celebrates the outstanding success of students from Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh in the NEET-UG and JEE 2025 examinations. This achievement marks a milestone for ‘Project Super 50 – Medical & Engineering’. It is a flagship CSR initiative aimed at empowering talented youth from underprivileged backgrounds.

Transforming Futures Through Focused Coaching

The Super 50 initiative provides intensive, fully residential coaching across five dedicated centers in the region. Designed to unlock potential, the program has helped hundreds of students achieve remarkable academic results this year:

*NEET-UG 2025: 181 out of 211 students qualified

*JEE 2025: 34 out of 38 students cleared the exam

These results reflect the unwavering commitment of the students, trainers, and mentors involved in the program.

Centre-Wise Performance Highlights

Each Super 50 centre recorded remarkable success:

*Srinagar (Kashmir Super 50): All 52 students cleared NEET-UG; one also qualified for JEE

*Leh (Ladakh Ignited Minds Super-45): 32 of 44 students qualified NEET-UG; 5 cleared JEE

*Kargil (Girls-Only Ignited Minds Super-50): 23 of 38 girls cleared NEET-UG; 7 cracked JEE

Empowering Girls, Enabling Equity

Notably, 101 of the 181 NEET-qualified students are girls, showcasing HPCL’s strong commitment to girl child education and gender equity. This achievement reinforces the program’s role in bridging opportunity gaps and empowering young women to pursue careers in medicine and engineering.

A Powerful Public Sector-Military Partnership

The success of Project Super 50 has been made possible by the strong partnership between HPCL and the Indian Army. This includes support from the Chinar Corps, Fire and Fury Corps, and White Knight Corps under Northern Command. Their support in providing infrastructure, mentorship, and a secure learning environment has been vital in nurturing talent from some of the remotest and most challenging regions in the country.

Inspiring a ‘Naya Kashmir’

Project Super 50 continues to serve as a beacon of hope and opportunity, embodying the spirit of ‘Naya Kashmir’ by nurturing dreams and transforming them into reality. Through education and empowerment, HPCL and its partners are helping shape a new generation of doctors, engineers, and nation builders. HPCL salutes the hard work and dedication of every student and extends heartfelt congratulations to the young achievers who have made their families, communities, and the nation proud.
