Circular Plastics Company has chosen BASF’s surface treatment global business unit, operating under the Chemetall brand, to supply innovative PET recycling washing technologies for its new plastic recycling facility in Vung Tau, Vietnam.

Chemetall will deliver a suite of specialized solutions designed to enhance the recycling of post-consumer PET plastics into food-grade products. The offering includes:
*Gardoclean® cleaning agents
*Gardobond® additives for PET/polyolefin separation
*Defoaming solutions
By integrating these technologies, Circular Plastics Company (CPC) will significantly improve flake quality, boost productivity, and reduce energy and resource consumption. The washed flakes will also meet food contact safety standards.
