Lubrizol Appoints Abhishek Shrivastava MD for IMEA

Lubrizol appointed Abhishek Shrivastava as Managing Director – India, Middle East, and Africa (IMEA). Abhishek will spearhead the company’s growth in the region, focusing on customer impact, local innovation, supply chain efficiency, and talent development.

Driving Regional Growth and Innovation

As IMEA Managing Director, Abhishek will lead Lubrizol’s regional growth strategy by enabling local teams and advancing a local-for-local business model. He will work closely with global and regional leadership to identify market-specific opportunities. He will also strengthen collaboration with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders across India, the Middle East, and Africa.

Bringing Two Decades of Experience

As per the company press release, Abhishek brings nearly twenty years of experience. His expertise spans business transformation, new business development, R&D, innovation, manufacturing technology, and quality management. Previously, he served as Vice President, Innovation and Decision Science at Lubrizol. In this role, he drove the development of innovation platforms, sustainable product solutions, and digital innovation capabilities.
