Clean Energy Technologies (CETY) signed an LOI with Lease Advisory Group to act as EPC for multiple BESS projects in New York, marking a key milestone in advancing grid reliability and decarbonization.
Each site will combine 5 MW / 20 MWh energy storage with solar panels and EV chargers, generating revenue via New York’s VDER program while supporting grid services and renewable integration.
Comprehensive EPC Services
Under the LOI, CETY will provide end-to-end EPC services, including:
- Planning and engineering design, from preliminary concepts to detailed specifications
- Procurement of equipment, materials, and services
- Construction, installation, quality control, testing, and commissioning
- Compliance with prevailing wage, domestic content, and regulatory requirements
“This award highlights CETY’s role as a trusted EPC partner for large-scale energy storage,” said CEO Kam Mahdi, adding that the projects are key to New York’s clean energy transition.
