The initiative aims to nurture talent, promote innovation, and strengthen international scientific collaboration.
Collaborative Research at LIMS
Selected scholars will engage in collaborative research at the prestigious London Institute for Mathematical Sciences (LIMS). By working alongside global experts, they will enhance cross-cultural scientific exchange and develop cutting-edge research skills.
Building an India-UK Talent Bridge
Multi-Phase Engagement
The programme will roll out in multiple phases:
- Phase One: Indian PhD students from JNCASR will attend lectures and conduct research at LIMS. They will gain hands-on experience and mentorship from leading scientists.
- Phase Two: Fellowships will be offered to recent PhD graduates across India, fostering broader scientific dialogue, knowledge exchange, and innovative discovery.
The initiative promises to not only advance individual careers but also strengthen the long-term scientific ties between India and the UK.
