Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL) has invited bids for detailed engineering services for the Balance of Plant (BOP) at its Visakhapatnam refinery in Andhra Pradesh.
The company has issued a rate contract tender. It aims to appoint a qualified consultant to support key engineering activities for smooth plant operations.

The scope includes drafting, 3D modelling, piping and process engineering, along with site visit support. The selected consultant will deliver end-to-end engineering services required for the effective execution of BOP activities.
