Agilent Technologies Inc. opened a Customer Experience Center (CEC) and office in Mumbai, reinforcing its long-term commitment to India and strengthening engagement with customers across the life sciences, pharmaceutical, and applied markets. The new facility represents the next phase of Agilent’s expansion in India. It integrates hands-on technology demonstrations, application expertise, and commercial operations within a modern collaborative environment.

During the inauguration, customers from sectors such as pharmaceuticals, biopharma, diagnostics, chemicals, food safety, and environmental testing visited the center. They participated in application-focused discussions and explored innovative solutions designed to address real-world laboratory challenges.

Part of Agilent’s Global Customer Engagement Strategy

The Mumbai Customer Experience Center forms part of Agilent’s global investment in customer-facing infrastructure, which includes Centers of Excellence and experience centers located in major innovation hubs worldwide. In India, the new facility complements Agilent’s growing network that includes the India Solution Center in Manesar, the Refurbishment Center, and the Hyderabad Biopharma Experience Center. Together, these facilities create a connected ecosystem that links local scientific needs with Agilent’s global expertise and best practices.
