Advait Greenergy Private Limited, part of the Advait Group, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Gujarat to invest ₹1,400 crore across a range of green energy and infrastructure projects in the state. The investment includes electrolyser and fuel cell manufacturing units. It also covers emergency restoration system (ERS) facilities and engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects. Several of these initiatives will be implemented under the Government of India’s Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme (RDSS). They aim to enhance power infrastructure and improve service delivery for utilities.
Strengthening Gujarat’s Clean Energy Leadership
Rutvi Sheth, Director of Advait Greenergy, said, “This MoU represents a milestone in our journey toward sustainable energy solutions. By investing in advanced power infrastructure and green hydrogen manufacturing, we aim to strengthen Gujarat’s position as a leader in clean energy and contribute to India’s renewable future.” The announcement underscores Advait Greenergy’s commitment to promoting clean technologies and supporting the state’s transition toward low-carbon, sustainable energy systems.
Expanding Green Hydrogen Capabilities
Advait Greenergy is currently developing one of India’s largest Green Hydrogen projects in partnership with a leading public sector undertaking (PSU) in Uttarakhand. The project integrates advanced electrolyser and fuel cell technologies. It highlights the company’s focus on innovative, scalable solutions for green hydrogen production.
