Aether Industries and Baker Hughes Sign Supply Agreement

Aether Industries Limited entered into a Strategic Supply Agreement (SSA) with Baker Hughes. The agreement, formalized in the US, covers an initial period of five years and includes options for three additional one-year extensions, with potential for further yearly renewals thereafter.

Under the SSA, Aether Industries will contract manufacture six unique products for Baker Hughes, marking the inaugural production of these items in India. The products are intended for global distribution, with a significant focus on the Indian oil and gas market.

The manufacturing will be primarily undertaken by Aether Speciality Chemicals Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aether Industries. The subsidiary’s facilities are already equipped with the necessary assets, plants, and machinery to meet the SSA’s production requirements.

The collaboration establishes Aether Industries as a key strategic partner for Baker Hughes in contract manufacturing, paving the way for a stronger and more enduring business relationship. It supports long-term growth and mutual benefits for both companies.
