Airox Nigen Equipments Pvt. Ltd., a leader in green hydrogen technology, has successfully completed a hydrogen project for TPSC in Bangladesh.
The company deployed a 24×3 Nm³/hr (360 kW) Skid-Mounted System with Compressor, marking another achievement in its mission to advance green hydrogen technology and sustainability.
Comprehensive Project Execution
Airox Nigen managed the entire project lifecycle, including design, engineering, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and ongoing operation and maintenance. The system integrates advanced hydrogen production and storage technologies, strengthening TPSC’s energy infrastructure and promoting cleaner energy solutions.
Key Features of the Hydrogen System
The project includes a 360 kW electrolyser with a storage pressure of 10 bar, ensuring efficient hydrogen production and storage.
The system also enables hydrogen compression and cylinder filling at 150 bar, optimizing usability for various applications. By integrating hydrogen-generated energy into TPSC’s grid, the project enhances grid stability and supports sustainable energy use.
Proven Performance and Reliability
To ensure efficiency and reliability, Airox Nigen conducted a rigorous 96-hour Performance Guarantee Test Run (PGTR). The successful test validated the system’s capability for micro-grid applications, reinforcing its reliability in real-world scenarios.
