BGR and Chemie Tech Sign HOA for Green Hydrogen and Ammonia Projects

BGR Tech Ltd., a player in the oil and gas process equipment and green hydrogen technology, has signed a Heads of Agreement (HOA) with Chemie Tech, a global EPC contractor. The agreement outlines their collaboration on multi-megawatt Lump Sum Turnkey (LSTK) green hydrogen and ammonia projects across the globe.

The signing took place between M.K. Saiyed, Chairman and Managing Director of Chemie-Tech DMCC (CTDMCC), and Priyadershini Raghupathy, Managing Director of BGR Tech Ltd., in the presence of Shandar S.M. Zaidi, Director – Green Hydrogen and Ammonia, CTDMCC.

Combining Strengths for Scalable Solutions

BGR will supply advanced hydrogen generation and purification equipment, including electrolysers, and will contribute its specialized engineering expertise. Leveraging its deep manufacturing capabilities, BGR Tech brings vital components for green hydrogen production to the table.

Chemie Tech will take the lead on complete project execution—from concept to commissioning. Their scope includes FEED, FID support, licensor tie-ups, detailed design and engineering, supply and integration of balance-of-plant (BOP) systems, construction, erection, commissioning, and ongoing operations and maintenance.
