Premji Invest-backed Best Value Chem Pvt Ltd (BVC), a global player in fragrance, flavour, and personal care chemical manufacturing, has launched a fully automated ₹550 crore ($60 million) plant in Dahej, Gujarat. Located 80 kilometers from Baroda, the advanced facility marks a key milestone in BVC’s strategic expansion.
Doubling Capacity with Room for Growth
Spanning 30 acres, the new plant will initially operate at a capacity of 10,000 metric tons per annum. In its first phase, it will double BVC’s production capacity, with provisions for further expansion to meet future demands.
The facility is equipped with cutting-edge technologies, including hydrogenation, Grignard reactions, oxidation, distillation, and esterification, ensuring efficient and high-quality production.
Advanced Infrastructure and Sustainability Focus
As per the press release, BVC’s latest facility features a modern quality control unit, an effluent treatment plant, a wastewater recycling system, and an automated robotic warehouse. These innovations align with the company’s commitment to sustainability and operational excellence.
