Chevron Lummus Global LLC (CLG) has bagged a licensing agreement from Hindustan Petroleum Corp. Ltd (HPCL) to establish a comprehensive integrated hydrocracker and catalytic dewaxing unit, alongside a complete catalyst reload for its existing Lube Oil Upgrading Programme (LOUP) at the Mumbai Refinery.

Rajesh added, “Our deep expertise in hydroprocessing technologies, paired with HPCL’s forward-looking approach, underscores our shared commitment to advancing India’s energy independence and strengthening its position in the premium base oil market”.
