Grew Energy Divides Solar Manufacturing and EPC Solutions into Separate Units

Grew Energy, the renewable energy arm of Ahmedabad-based Chiripal Group, has announced a major strategic shift.

The company will now operate as two distinct entities: Grew Solar and Grew Renewables. This transformation aims to enhance the focus and operational efficiency of each division.

Grew Solar to Focus on Solar PV Manufacturing

Grew Solar will concentrate on solar photovoltaic (PV) modules and cell manufacturing.

The Company currently boasts a fully operational manufacturing capacity of 3 GW located in Jaipur.

Additionally, Grew Solar is in the process of expanding its production capabilities, with an additional 5 GW being developed at the Dudu site in Jaipur.

Expansion Plans and Investment in Solar Manufacturing

In addition to its ongoing projects, Grew Solar is actively working on the development of a 3 GW solar cell manufacturing facility in Narmadapuram, Bhopal.

The efforts demonstrate Grew Energy’s commitment to increasing its manufacturing capacity and reinforcing its position in the solar energy sector.

Grew Renewables to Drive EPC Projects

On the other hand, Grew Renewables will focus on executing both small and large engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects.

Vinay Thadani, Director and CEO of Grew Solar, emphasized the strategic importance of this transformation.
