Gruner Renewable Bags CBG Plants Order from Reliance

Gruner Renewable Energy has secured an order from Reliance Industries to build eleven compressed biogas (CBG) plants. The company specializes in constructing and maintaining CBG plants. Gruner is about to deliver the first plant, a ₹220 crore facility in Navsari, Surat, which will produce 44 tons of biogas daily, totaling 16,000 tons annually, utilizing biomass feedstock like paddy straw, pressmud, cane trash, and municipal solid waste.

As reported by businessline, Utkarsh Gupta, Gruner’s Founder and CEO, informed that the company currently has orders worth ₹1,500 crore, with more anticipated in the coming months. Gruner bagged eleven out of the first fifty plants orders from Reliance and expects to secure additional plant projects in the second batch.
