The collaboration aligns with HZL’s initiative to explore new zinc applications in the clean energy transition. Zinc batteries are gaining prominence in energy storage for their corrosion resistance, cost efficiency, recyclability, stability, and environmental benefits.
As reported by Business Standard, offering superior power at lower costs, minimal maintenance, and lifespans of up to twenty years, zinc-based batteries are becoming a strong alternative to other contemporary energy storage solutions, particularly suitable for large-scale industrial energy storage.
