INOX Commissions UHP Electronic Grade Nitrous Oxide Plant

INOX Air Products (INOXAP) has commissioned an Ultra-High Purity (UHP) Electronic Grade Nitrous Oxide Plant in Manali, Chennai.

With a production capacity of 1,700 Tons Per Annum (TPA), the state-of-the-art facility will supply nitrous oxide with an extraordinary 6N purity level (99.9999%).

The plant adheres to stringent quality standards to ensure minimal contamination, positioning itself as a transformative solution for industries such as electronics, semiconductors, and solar energy.
