Inox Wind bagged a 100 MW wind energy turnkey project worth ₹755 crore from Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), further strengthening its presence in India’s growing renewable energy market. Under the contract, Inox Wind will manage the project’s end-to-end execution. The scope includes the supply of wind turbine generators (WTGs), engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), project execution, as well as post-commissioning O&M services. The integrated approach will enable IOCL to access a single partner for key stages of the wind power project, while Inox Wind can leverage its capabilities across the renewable energy value chain.
Expanding a Diversified Customer Base
The new order further diversifies Inox Wind’s customer portfolio, which includes commercial and industrial (C&I) customers, public sector undertakings (PSUs) and independent power producers (IPPs). Moreover, securing a project from IOCL, a Maharatna public sector company and one of India’s largest oil marketing companies, strengthens Inox Wind’s position in the PSU segment.
