Larsen & Toubro International FZE, a subsidiary fully owned by Larsen & Toubro, announced the formation of a new company in Uzbekistan, named Larsen & Toubro CIS Foreign Enterprise Limited Liability Company.
The new entity, L&T CIS, is formed to undertake Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects, encompassing a wide range of services such as engineering, supply, civil works, installation, testing, and commissioning.
As reported by thehindubusinessline.com, although L&T CIS has not yet begun its business operations, 100% of its shares are held by Larsen & Toubro International FZE.
