Lummus and Versalis Partner for Phenolics Technology Licensing

Lummus Technology, a global player in process technologies and energy solutions, has partnered with Versalis, Eni’s chemical subsidiary, to license all technologies within the phenolics value chain.

The collaboration establishes Lummus as the exclusive licensor for phenolics technologies, covering processes from Cumene to Cyclohexanone Oxime.

Under the agreement, the two companies will jointly focus on engineering, marketing, and licensing efforts.
