Mahindra Logistics Limited, an integrated logistics solutions provider, introduced the emission analytics report, a digital platform designed to help customers visualize and reduce their carbon emissions in real-time.
The user-friendly platform provides comprehensive data on Scope 3 carbon emissions, including insights into emissions intensity, tonne-kilometres, transport mode emissions, fuel consumption, and more. Offered through a subscription-based model, it also provides access to emission savings certificates.
The emission analytics report is accessible through an automated SaaS platform, accredited by the Global Logistics Emission Council (GLEC) and ISO 14083. The platform is designed for easy integration into existing systems and is available on both web and mobile devices.
As reported by agrospectrumindia.com, the platform aids customers in meeting BRSR and other environmental regulations while supporting businesses aiming to enhance their sustainability efforts and transition to green logistics. By offering shipment-level Scope 3 emissions reporting, it serves a wide range of industries, including automotive, manufacturing, consumer goods, retail, FMCG, mobility, pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, quick commerce, and freight forwarding.
Rampraveen Swaminathan, Managing Director and CEO of Mahindra Logistics Ltd., said, “In today’s logistics landscape, value creation extends beyond stakeholders to include customers, communities, and the planet. To commemorate India’s 78th Independence Day, we’re launching the ‘Emission Analytics Report’ as part of Edel, our green logistics ecosystem. This initiative enables our customers to decarbonize their supply chains and aligns with our commitment to India’s goal of becoming Net-Zero by 2070. Our focus is on building a sustainable logistics network and embedding environmental consciousness into our operations”.
