Insolation Energy has launched a new subsidiary, MGVI Green Infra One, to spearhead its efforts in solar and renewable energy projects.

The subsidiary will be responsible for the design, construction, installation, maintenance, and operation of various renewable energy systems, particularly solar power plants.

Focus on Rooftop Solar and Comprehensive Services

The company will initially focus on rooftop solar photovoltaic installations, offering a range of services.

These include full Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services, along with consultancy services, aimed at supporting clients in the renewable energy sector.

By providing these services, MGVI Green Infra One will contribute to the transition toward more sustainable energy solutions.

Ownership and Capital Structure

MGVI Green Infra One has an authorised share capital of one lakh rupees. Insolation Energy will retain 60% of the subsidiary’s shares, ensuring strong control over its operations and strategic direction.

The promoters, Manish Gupta and Vikas Jain, each own 20% of the subsidiary’s share capital, further reflecting their commitment to the company’s growth.

Strategic Positioning for Growth

With this new venture, MGVI Green is well-positioned to drive Insolation Energy’s growth in the renewable energy sector.

As demand for sustainable power sources increases, the subsidiary will play a crucial role in capitalising on these opportunities. It will help the parent company expand its footprint in the renewable energy market.
