Cipla announced the resignation of MK Hamied from his role as Vice Chairman, effective October 29, 2024, citing age and health reasons.
As reported by cnbctv18.com, Cipla also revealed that the board has approved the appointment of Kamil Hamied as a non-executive director, starting November 1, 2024. The decision aims to maintain leadership continuity, with Kamil representing the promoter family.
