RBM Infracon Limited signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Greenzo Energy India Limited to establish green hydrogen production facilities at two sites in Gujarat – Jamnagar and Kutch.

The facilities will have a combined capacity of 15 MW and involve a planned investment of ₹200 crore. The collaboration represents a major move towards promoting sustainable energy solutions in the region.

RBM Infracon will serve as the developer, integrator, and owner of the green hydrogen plants, overseeing the entire project, from construction to associated developments. Greenzo Energy, on the other hand, will provide key technical support, including design development, engineering, procurement, and commissioning.

Their contribution will focus on key elements such as electrolyzers, gasification units, storage solutions, and advanced control systems. The project will be executed in stages, starting with a 5 MW unit in Jamnagar. Based on market demand, there is the potential to expand into Kutch.

As reported by businessupturn.com, RBM Infracon views this partnership as a way to contribute to India’s clean energy goals while also driving technological innovations in infrastructure.
