Remedium Lifecare forged a strategic partnership with UK based Angel Partners, Ltd. to acquire the technology needed to manufacture lithium carbonate in India. Additionally, the company has entered into an annual supply agreement with Turkey’s Alfa Chemicals and Solvents Ltd.
“We are happy to announce that, effective July 29, 2024, Remedium Lifecare Ltd. has partnered with Angel Partners, Ltd. to obtain technology for lithium carbonate production in India. Concurrently, we have signed an annual supply agreement with Alfa Chemicals and Solvents Ltd., Turkey, also effective from July 29, 2024. Technical-grade lithium carbonate supplies will begin in the first quarter of 2025, with an estimated value of USD 20-25 million for the year. The material is essential for lithium-ion batteries used in electric vehicles and portable electronics,” a statement from the company revealed.
