Satish Kumar, Director, Marketing, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL), assumed the role of Chairman following the end of Shrikant Madhav Vaidya’s tenure.
Kumar, who has held the director (marketing) position since October 2021, has a wealth of experience accumulated over a 35-year career. His professional journey includes significant roles across various regions in India and engagement with international oil companies.
Kumar has served as the non-executive chairman of Indian Oil Petronas Pvt. Ltd, a joint venture with Petronas of Malaysia, and as the non-executive chairman of Indian Oil Mauritius Ltd, a subsidiary of Indian Oil.
