Technology Transfer of new process from R&D to kilo lab to Commercial scale (Production).
Co-ordinate with &D team for demo batches of new technology to understand to process parameters.
Process Mapping, evaluation, Equipment freezing.
Preparing of Basic Engineering design packages i.e. PFD, Heat and material balances, Utility / Process equipment & instrument datasheet, Equipment Sizing, Line size calculations.
Analysis and preparation of layouts & P&IDS
Design various experiments in PE Lab/ to get help related to chemistry and process equipment
Co-ordinate with QA department…
