- Knowledge of GST, Factory Act, licensing work & all other statutory and non statutory regulations required.
- Liaisoning with Govt. officials for all regulatory requirements.
- Vision to upgrade the current operation using modern technology.
- Responsible for productivity of all departments.
- Handling Union related matters.
- Ability to guide all dept. in technical matters
- Handle ISO 9000, 14000 & 22000 documentation,
QC MANAGER
- D. M.Sc. Organic Chemistry with 15 years’ experience in QC of Chemical /Pharmaceutical company accredited with NABL ISO 17025 certification
- Having undergone recognized 4 day Training Program for NABL ISO / IEC 17025 and internal audit and 3 day Training Program on Uncertainty of Measurement
- Proficient in Uncertainty Measurements as well as Proficiency Testing and Validation
- Expertise in doing wet and instrumental analysis (GC, HPLC, GC MS)
- Responsibility and Authority to sign all Quality Control records
- Plan, guide and control all QC activities, safety practices and calibration and use of instruments as per documented SOPs as per ISO 17025 (NABL requirements)
- Identify Training needs of QC department and impart relevant training
- Use of Statistical Techniques to take suitable actions for improvement
- Ability to face customer and regulatory audits
