Solex Energy Ltd has signed a Module Supply Agreement (MSA) with Sprng Energy, a member of the Shell group and one of the leading private-sector power producer in India.
The agreement covers the supply of 100 MWp of Solex’s high-efficiency n-type TOPCon solar modules for Sprng Energy’s projects in Gujarat.
Details of the Order
Under the partnership, Solex will deliver its advanced n-type TOPCon modules, each rated at 585/590 Wp.
The total value of the order stands at approximately ₹1,500 million.
The modules are scheduled for delivery by the second quarter of 2025, ensuring timely execution of Sprng Energy’s projects.
