Professionals with a Degree in engineering or Diploma with a minimum of 5 years of relevant Engineering / Design/ Modelling experience can apply for the following disciplines:
Piping Layout engineering: Code (PIE)
Experience in layout /Design, preferably using SP3D and CAD Works
Piping Stress Engineering: Code (STE)
Experience in using Caeser II
Piping Modelling /Drafting: Code (PID)
Experience in 3D Modelling Using SP3D, PDMS. 2D Knowledge, Exposure to micro station, AutoCAD and Smartsketch
Process engineering: Code (PRE)
Experience in Basic & Detailed Engineering of downstream hydrocarbon units (Refinery & petrochemical). Exposure to HAZOP and usage of Hysys & other simulation Software
Process Drafting: Code (PRD)
Experience in PID Drafting using SPPID/ AutoCAD
Civil & Structural Engineering: Code (CSE)
Experience in STAAD Pro found. 3D & MAT 3D software with exposure to design of pipe racks, process Structures, Equipment’s foundations. Exposure to American & Euro codes would be added advantage
Civil Modelling /Drafting: Code (CSD)
Experience in 3D Modelling using SP3D, PDMS and CAD Works, exposure to modelling of pipe racks, process structures, equipment foundations. 2D Knowledge, exposure to Microstation, AutoCAD, and Smartsketch
Project Engineering: Code (PE)
Experience in handling domestic and international clients. Knowledge of engineering disciplines workflows. Planning for engineering activities using primavera planning software. Change order approvals, interfacing for invoice preparation and follow up for payment
Instrument Engineering: Code (INE)
Experience in Inst. Index, I/O List, TBE, VDR, cable schedules, datasheet, SPI Experience in engineering modules
Instrument Modelling /Drafting: Code (IND)
Experience in 3D modelling using SP3D. 2D knowledge, exposure to MicroStation, AutoCAD and smart sketch. SPI exposure in wiring module / Hookup module, installation drawings. Preparation of F&G and Telecom Layouts
Electrical Engineering: Code (ELE)
Experience in SLD, Load list, electrical equipment’s Specs, Layouts, cable sizing, cable schedule. Experience In ETAP, Dialux, SPEL. Exposure to ANSI, IEC standards would be added advantage
Electrical Modelling /Drafting: Code (ELD)
Experience in 3D Modelling using SP3D, PDMS. 2D knowledge, Exposure to microstation, AutoCAD and Smartsketch
QA /QC: Code (QAC)
QC engineers/inspectors having experience in reviewing manufacturing documentation (WPS, NDT, PMI, HT, TT) for international refinery projects.
Procurement / Expedition: Code (PRO)
Experience in procurement activities international EPC projects and having exposure to expediting activities involving international supply market. Should have solid techno-commercial knowledge and excellent communication skills to deal with international suppliers and clients
Cost Estimation Engineer: Code (CMT)
Exposure in cost & Price estimation and Qty. surveying for the EPC contract
HSE: Code (HSE)
PFD, P&ID review, HAZOP/PHA preparation, and experience in Coordinating HSE risk assessment studies. Exposure to national and international Environment safety standards and environmental management systems
