Vishnu Chemicals Limited to acquire Jayansree Pharma Private Limited (JPPL) in a move designed to strengthen its specialty chemicals manufacturing portfolio. Under the acquisition, Vishnu Chemicals will obtain full ownership of JPPL within the next three months.
JPPL, a company established in 2014, operates within the chemicals sector and achieved a turnover of ₹29.54 crore in the 2022-23 financial year.
