This marks the company’s second accreditation from the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL), with the first awarded to its Thumb manufacturing facility.

The certification, granted under the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards, underscores the lab’s competence in delivering precise and reliable test results.
Waaree’s PMTL conducts over 48 rigorous tests, including thermal cycling, damp heat, and mechanical load assessments.
These tests ensure the photovoltaic (PV) modules meet stringent performance, safety, and durability standards.
Additionally, the lab performs design and safety qualifications and accelerated testing to validate module reliability under diverse field conditions.

The accreditation empowers Waaree Energies Secures to certify larger volumes of solar modules within India, reducing reliance on foreign laboratories.
