ZMSL to Digitally Upgrade Fertiliser Complexes

ZMSL has been selected to lead the digital transformation of one of India’s largest chemical and fertiliser manufacturing plants.

As part of the strategy, the company will set up advanced BI cockpits to support real-time, data-driven decisions across operations, utilities, and production.

Additionally, the project introduces digital tools to enhance process agility. In turn, it helps scale insights and ensures clear, enterprise-wide visibility—ultimately enabling teams to act faster and make smarter decisions.

Future-Ready Innovation for Smart Manufacturing

Aashutosh Aggarwal, Head of Business Advisory at ZMSL, said, “With advanced analytics and smart dashboards, we’re helping leaders make faster, smarter decisions.”

Gurdeep Singh, Director at ZMSL, added, “This large-scale project shows our strong capabilities and moves us closer to delivering future-ready solutions for India’s manufacturing sector.”

Two-Phase Execution Plan

ZMSL will carry out the transformation in two key phases:

  • Phase 1: Conduct a comprehensive diagnostic of mission-critical production units to identify opportunities for digital enhancement.
  • Phase 2:Begin by rolling out an 8-month implementation roadmap that first focuses on cloud and on-premise integration. Next, focus on achieving seamless ERP connectivity. After ensuring ERP connectivity, the next step is to proceed with deploying advanced business intelligence (BI) frameworks. This final phase brings the transformation process to completion.
