Roles & requirements
Applicant must be a graduate in chemistry and experienced in chemical/rubber/pharmaceutical industry for at least 2 years with trading experience.
Good administrative skills to handle a large team.
Should be able to collaborate with seniors, peers and subordinates.
Should be able to lead change and influence others to accept the change.
Ability to work independently as well as with team.
Handling sales of new and existing products from existing and new customers.
Implementation of best practices.
Customer development procedure.
Customer management system.
Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Management report generation.
Ensure compliance of company policies and procedures in all department activities.
