Manager – IT
- Qualification: Graduate in Engg./ Science/MCA/BVariuCA • Experience: Min. 12-15yrs. Preferably in chemical /Pharma manufacturing industry having branches/depots/distribution network.
- Hardware Experience: Multiple servers, Blade servers, PC’s, Leased Lines WAN, VPN, Routers, Thin clients, etc.
- Software Exposure: SAP B1, Linux, Windows, Lotus Notes, Foxpro, Oracle, Report writer, Discoverer, VM ware essential
- Utility Exposure: Company-wide security, Veritas Backup, Antivirus Management
- Networking Experience: Network Administrator, with knowledge of VPOP3, MPLS Technology, VSAT.
- Documentation: ISO 9001, Network topology, etc. maintenance of All Hardware! Software! records/update/modification.
- Candidate having handled accounting up to Trial Balance/Profit & Loss and detailed GST reports would be preferred.
Asst. Manager – Import
- Graduate I Post Graduate with Chemical background. Diploma In Import/Export Management/Shipping & Logistics preferred with 10 to 12 yrs. exp. in the same field.
- Develop new customer/vendor base for existing and new products to be introduced.
- Well versed with Exim Polity, SEZ/FTWZ, Custom procedure, Anti Dumping/Safeguard Duty, Forex payment procedure. Opening of LCs & liasoning with banks.
- Co-ordination with freight forwarders/shipping Companies, obtaining freight quote on EXW/FOB shipments. preparing comparative statements.
- Well versed with Import clearance (both by Sea. Air & Courier) and answer queries raised by customs and attend in person to sort out the issues.
- Effective coordination and excellent communication with customers/Suppliers, Factories and other Departments of H.O.
- Well versed with ISO 9001 documentation, ERP & SAP system
- Well versed with insurance survey case of damage breakage and filing a claim with all interested parties till final settlement.
