Key Solar Manufacturing Investments

Jupiter Renewables will establish a solar PV cells and modules manufacturing facility in Khurda.

Odisha approves projects to involve an investment of ₹2,005 crore, aiming to bolster the state’s renewable energy production capacity.

Grew Energy plans to set up an ingot-to-solar module manufacturing facility in Ganjam.

With a substantial investment of ₹4,530.34 crore, this project is poised to make Ganjam a hub for solar module manufacturing.

Saatvik Solar Industries will also contribute to Khurda’s renewable energy sector by building a solar cell and module manufacturing factory.

The company has allocated ₹1,366.56 crore for the project.

Jakson Engineers Ltd joins the solar expansion in Khurda with a solar cell factory. The initiative, backed by ₹1,354.40 crore, further strengthens the district’s solar industry.

Pioneering Energy Storage and Battery Solutions

TACC Ltd., a part of the LNJ Bhilwara Group, will establish a manufacturing unit for Lithium-ion battery-grade synthetic graphite anodes.

With an investment of ₹1,850 crore, this facility will support the growing demand for energy storage components in India.

Large-Scale Energy Storage Project

OHPC (Odisha Hydro Power Corporation), a state government undertaking, will develop a 600 MW pumped storage power project in Kalahandi.

The ₹3,394.48 crore project will enhance Odisha’s energy storage capabilities and effectively address peak power demand.
