Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd. and its Managing Director, Anuj Jain, have mutually agreed that he will take early retirement at the end of the financial year on March 31, 2025.

Pravin Chaudhari to Take Over as Managing Director
The board has appointed Pravin Chaudhari as the new Managing Director, effective April 1, 2025.
Currently serving as a nominee of Kansai Paint Japan on the board of Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd., he also holds the position of Head of India Operations.
Chaudhari’s Extensive Experience
Chaudhari has been associated with Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd. since 1993 and has held various key positions.
From 2008 to 2018, he served as Executive Director, gaining vast experience across multiple domains. His leadership and expertise will guide the company in its next phase of growth.
