Pidilite Industries has announced key leadership changes, with Sudhanshu Vats appointed as Managing Director (MD) and Kavinder Singh as Joint Managing Director (Joint MD). The board of directors approved the appointments, which will take effect from April 10, 2025, following the completion of Bharat Puri’s tenure as MD.
Bharat Puri Transitions to Non-Executive Role
As part of the leadership transition, the board has appointed Bharat Puri as a Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director for a three-year term. His new role will span from April 10, 2025, to April 9, 2028.
