Punjab Chemicals Signs MOU with Overseas Clients

Punjab Chemicals & Crop Protection Ltd has announced the signing of three exclusive Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with overseas clients for the supply of high-value agrochemical products and intermediates. The company plans to commercialise these products within the next 12–18 months, strengthening its presence in international markets.

Expanding Manufacturing Capacity

To meet rising demand, Punjab Chemicals unveiled plans to invest ₹60 crore in building two new manufacturing blocks at its existing facility. This expansion will support increased output of existing products, the development of its new product pipeline, and the commercialisation of innovative solutions tailored for Japanese and European markets.

Projected Growth in Topline Revenue

The strategic initiatives are expected to unfold over the next two years, with the segment projected to scale up to ₹150 crore in revenue within two to three years. The expansion underscores Punjab Chemicals’ commitment to capturing emerging opportunities in the global agrochemical space.

Exploring New Site for Future Growth
